At Pest Hero Guard, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our product is a hygiene-sensitive pest control item, we do not generally offer refunds for opened or used products.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, you must contact us within infront of delivery person with proper proof, such as parcel opening photos or video. After verification, we may offer a replacement or applicable refund.

If the product does not work as expected, you must use it according to the provided instructions and shared a card:

  • A video of the first use

  • A follow-up video after 3 days

After reviewing the evidence, our support team may consider a replacement or applicable refund, depending on the case.

Pest Hero Guard reserves the right to make the final decision after verification.
